About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern orders placed on Leauny.store by consumers and professional customers.

Leauny.store is operated by Laëtitia Lecomte — Leauny, EI, registered in France under SIREN 824 702 203.

Leauny.store provides downloadable digital content, including 3D models, textures, configuration files, JSON or YAML files, packs, Game Assets and other creative digital resources.

By placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of the order.

The product page, compatibility information, included files, price and any specific conditions displayed before the order is completed form part of the agreement.

Who Can Purchase

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, server, organization or other project, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

Minors may only place an order with the authorization of their legal representative.

Game Assets & Compatibility

Each product page describes what is included, supported Minecraft versions, compatible plugins and any known technical requirements or limitations.

You are responsible for checking the product information, included files and compatibility details before completing your order.

Compatibility with a Minecraft version, plugin or environment that is not listed on the product page is not guaranteed.

Product images, screenshots, GIFs and demonstrations are provided to present the Game Asset. The characteristics expressly described on the product page are the contractual product specifications.

Third-party software such as Minecraft, ItemsAdder, Nexo or other plugins may change independently of Leauny.store. Future compatibility with new versions is not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Credits

Credits are a separate bonus feature of Leauny.store. They are not a payment method and are not required to purchase Game Assets.

Credits are not currently sold. They may be earned or granted through features, activities, rewards, promotions or other opportunities available on Leauny.store.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between users or resold.

The features and benefits associated with Credits may evolve as Leauny.store develops.

Information about upcoming Credit features may be announced in the Leauny.store Devlog. Only features actually made available on Leauny.store are considered active.

Any specific conditions applicable to Credits, rewards or promotions will be displayed when the relevant feature becomes available.

Paying for Game Assets

VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, unless a different legal or tax obligation applies.

Paid orders require a minimum order value of €1.50.

Orders containing only free Game Assets priced at €0.00 may be completed without payment and are not subject to this minimum.

The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the order.

Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal or other payment methods made available at checkout.

Leauny.store does not receive or store complete payment card details.

The customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

In the event of a rejected payment, fraudulent transaction or unjustified chargeback, access to the related Game Assets, downloads or licenses may be suspended while the matter is investigated, without affecting any mandatory legal rights.

Orders

A Leauny.store account is required to obtain and access Game Assets.

Game Assets can be added to your cart before checkout.

Paid orders require a minimum cart value of €1.50. Orders containing only Game Assets priced at €0.00 may be completed without payment and are not subject to this minimum.

Before confirming an order, you can review the selected Game Assets, the total price and the information provided, and correct any input errors.

For paid orders, the order is completed once payment has been successfully accepted and the order confirmation has been issued.

For free orders, the order is completed once the €0.00 checkout has been successfully confirmed.

Once the order is completed, the relevant Game Assets are added to your account and made available through the Asset Library.

Leauny.store may refuse or suspend an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, abusive use, obvious pricing errors or serious license violations, subject to applicable law.

Digital Delivery & Asset Library

Game Assets are digital products supplied without a physical medium.

Once a Game Asset order is completed, the product is added directly to the Asset Library in your Leauny.store account and becomes available for download.

No physical delivery or shipping is provided.

You are encouraged to keep a personal backup of downloaded files.

Leauny.store may keep obtained Game Assets available through the Asset Library, but permanent online availability cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

If a Game Asset included in a completed order is missing from your Asset Library, please contact support.

Immediate Access to Digital Content

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, this right may be lost under Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code when the consumer expressly requests immediate performance, acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal and the applicable legal requirements are met.

Where these conditions apply, access to the Game Asset begins immediately through the Asset Library and a refund cannot normally be requested simply because the customer has changed their mind.

Any mandatory withdrawal right that has not been validly waived remains applicable.

Refunds & Technical Issues

Refund conditions are explained in the Leauny.store Refund Policy.

If a Game Asset does not work as described, please contact support first.

Leauny.store will normally attempt to investigate the problem and provide an appropriate solution, such as technical assistance, a corrected file or an updated version.

If the product cannot be brought into conformity, or where applicable law otherwise requires it, a price reduction or termination of the contract, including a refund where applicable, may be available.

A refund is not normally available simply because a customer selected an unsupported Minecraft version, plugin or configuration, cannot install otherwise conforming files, or because third-party software changed after the order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal guarantee or remedy.

Digital Content Conformity

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content under French consumer law.

For Leauny.store Game Assets supplied as a one-off digital download, the consumer has a period of two years from the date the digital content is supplied to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During the first year following supply, the consumer only has to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, and not the date on which it appeared.

The legal guarantee of conformity also requires Leauny.store to provide the updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the digital content for the period required by applicable law. Légifrance

If a Game Asset is not in conformity, the consumer is entitled to have the digital content brought into conformity without additional cost, without unjustified delay and without major inconvenience.

The consumer may be asked to cooperate reasonably where necessary to determine whether the lack of conformity comes from the Game Asset or from their own digital environment, provided that such cooperation uses technically available, proportionate and minimally intrusive means.

The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the Game Asset, or may terminate the contract and obtain a refund against giving up the digital content, where applicable law allows it, including where:

• Leauny.store refuses to bring the Game Asset into conformity;
• conformity is delayed without justification;
• conformity cannot be restored without costs being imposed on the consumer;
• bringing the Game Asset into conformity would cause a major inconvenience to the consumer;
• the lack of conformity remains after an unsuccessful attempt to correct it.

The consumer may also be entitled to an immediate price reduction or termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious to justify such a remedy without first requesting that the product be brought into conformity. Légifrance

Any period during which the Game Asset is unavailable because it is being brought into conformity suspends the remaining legal guarantee period until conforming digital content is supplied again. Légifrance

These rights arise in particular from Articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.

Consumers also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. This guarantee may be exercised within two years from the discovery of the defect and may, depending on the circumstances, entitle the consumer to a price reduction or a refund against giving up the digital content. Using Your Game Assets

Purchasing or downloading a Game Asset does not transfer ownership of the original creation or its intellectual property rights.
Unless otherwise stated, one license covers one server or one connected server network belonging to the same project.
A separate project requires an additional license.
You may modify the files for the internal needs of the licensed server or project.
You may use the assets on a commercial or monetized server, provided that the source files are not sold, shared or made publicly available.
Files may only be shared with team members who need access to work on the licensed project.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, give away or make the source files available for download, including modified versions.
You may display the assets in videos, livestreams, screenshots, social media posts and promotional material relating to your project.
The full usage rules are provided in the Leauny.store User License supplied with the Game Assets.

Accounts & Downloads

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate account information.
Account sharing and sharing download links with unauthorized third parties are prohibited.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Leauny.store as soon as possible.
Download activity and technical information may be used where necessary to protect accounts, licenses and digital files against abuse or unauthorized redistribution.

Fraud & License Violations

Leauny.store may investigate serious indications of fraud, abuse of the Credits system, unauthorized sharing, resale, account abuse or license violations.

During an investigation, access to Credits, downloads or licenses may be temporarily restricted where reasonably necessary.

In the event of a confirmed serious violation, Leauny.store may terminate the relevant license or close the account, subject to applicable law.

Free Game Assets and promotional products remain subject to their applicable license unless expressly stated otherwise.

Technical Environment

Leauny.store is responsible for its legal obligations under applicable law.
Leauny.store is not responsible for problems caused solely by an unsupported environment, incorrect installation, customer modifications, conflicts between third-party plugins, hosting problems or external services outside Leauny.store’s control.
Minecraft, ItemsAdder, Nexo and other third-party software may change independently of Leauny.store.
For professional customers only, liability may be limited to the amount paid for the affected order where permitted by law, except where such limitation is prohibited.

Personal Data

Personal data related to accounts, orders, Credits, payments, downloads, support, security and website use is processed as described in the Leauny.store Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy also explains the use of cookies, analytics and the rights available under applicable data protection law.

Changes to These Terms

Leauny.store may update these Terms & Conditions for future orders.

The version applicable to an order is the version accepted when that order was placed.

A later update does not retroactively reduce rights already acquired under an earlier order.

Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

For consumers residing outside France, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence where applicable.

For disputes between parties acting in the capacity of merchants, jurisdiction is expressly assigned to the competent courts of Saint-Quentin, France, where such a jurisdiction clause is legally valid and has been expressly agreed to.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
