Instant Access to Your Game Assets

Leauny.store Game Assets are downloadable digital products. Once an order is completed, the Game Asset is added directly to the Asset Library in your Leauny.store account, where the files become available for download.

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

However, under Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right may be lost for digital content supplied without a physical medium when the consumer has expressly requested immediate access, acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, and the applicable legal requirements have been met.

Once these conditions have been met and access to the Game Asset has begun, a refund cannot normally be requested simply because you changed your mind.

Any mandatory withdrawal right that has not been validly waived remains applicable.

Technical Issues & Product Errors

If a Game Asset does not work as described, please contact Leauny support first.

The issue will be investigated and a working solution will be attempted whenever possible. Depending on the problem, this may include technical assistance, a corrected file, an updated version or another appropriate solution.

Digital content is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, including Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code.

If the product cannot be brought into conformity, or in the other circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract, including a refund where applicable, may be available.

Compatibility Before Ordering

Please check the product page before completing your order. Each Game Asset lists its supported Minecraft versions, compatible plugins, included files and any relevant technical requirements.

A refund is not normally available simply because:

• you changed your mind after immediate access began under the conditions described above;
• you are using a Minecraft version or plugin that was not listed as supported;
• you are unable to install or configure files that otherwise conform to their description;
• Minecraft, a plugin or another third-party service changed after your order and future compatibility was not promised;
• you expected a feature that was not included in the product description.

These rules do not exclude any mandatory legal guarantee or remedy provided by applicable law.

To help me investigate the issue, please include your order number, the Game Asset concerned, your Minecraft version, the plugin you are using and its version, and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots, error messages or console logs are also useful when available.

The issue will be investigated and a solution will be attempted before a refund is considered, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

What Happens After a Refund?

When a Game Asset is refunded as part of the termination of the purchase, your right to use that product ends.

Access to the Game Asset and its future updates may be removed from your Asset Library. You must stop using the affected files and delete any copies in your possession, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
